The benefits of jogging are many. Do you want more reasons? Ok. There's a million different reasons to start and only one reason not to. The reason not to is not to be underestimated, ever.
This dark and powerful foe is the same dude who tells you to have another potato chip except this time with even more onion dip. He is all about lazy and cozy and wants nothin' more than to give you a case of..."The Fuc#its".
"Hey Bob, I thought you were gonna lift weights and run repeat hill sprints today but your laying on the floor with a six pack and a cupcake! What happened dude?" We all know what happened, don't we readers?

I, Coach Carvey, have run close to 10,000 times and I'm always glad I did and that is what you tell yourself as you lace up your running shoes, "Just do it," is a great saying.
Is it simple? Oh yes. Is it profound? Oh yes.

One Of The Great Benefits Of Jogging Is
The Runners High. What Could Be better Than That?
Of the many benefits of jogging, the one I am really smitten with are the heavy duty natural opiates.
Endorphins
are the bodies natural painkiller. Your gonna feel great. Humans crave exercise. We are not just this giant brain stuck in a body made up of a bunch of yucky stuff. Alright some brains are not so giant.

For those of you who can progress from walking to jogging to
running
successfully, I promise you it's a life changing miracle that will take you back to those days of your youth when you joyfully ran home from the park in the rain splashing every puddle on the way cause dinners ready. And for those who don't make it all the way to the running stage, it's ok, because walking and or
jogging
