Why run/jog?
The benefits of jogging are many. Do you want more reasons? Ok. There's a million different reasons to start and only one reason not to. The reason not to is not to be underestimated, ever.

This dark and power foe is the same dude who tells you to have another potato chip except this time with even more onion dip. He is all about lazy and cozy and wants nothin more than to give you a case of..."The Fuc#its".
"Hey Bob, I thought you were gonna lift weights and run repeat hill sprints today but your laying on the floor with a six pack and a cupcake! What happened dude?" We all know what happened, don't we readers?

There is a couch potatoe in all of us, and we all know what it's like to have a case of the fuc#its! And yes that includes me, Coach Carvey.

The Runners High! What Could Be Better Than That?
Of the many benefits of jogging, the one I am really smitten with is the heavy duty natural opiates.
Endorphins
are the bodies natural painkiller. Your gonna feel great. Humans crave exercise. We are not just this giant brain stuck in a body made up of a bunch of yucky stuff. Alright some brains are not so giant.

Not everyone will be able to follow through my program from
walking
to jogging to
running
successfully but for those who can, I promise you it's a life changing miracle that will take you back to those days of your youth when you joyfully ran home from the park in the rain splashing every puddle on the way cause dinners ready.
And for those who don't make it all the way to the running stage, it's ok, because walking and or
jogging
are great too. If you can walk than you can improve your physical condition.
