Jogging Tips

All the Jogging Tips you wanted to know but were afraid to ask!!

Hi I'm Coach Carvey and I Love to run!!!

But I, like everyone else had to begin jogging before I could run, and walking before I could jog. And that is the idea behind Carvey Running Tips. To guide you from walking to jogging and finally to running.

"I saw people running and I remembered some tips from your site, about walking for weeks and then starting out small. I thought to myself, I can do this. Thanks Coach for starting me on a safe running program -Step by Step"~Doreen from Connecticut~

Benefits Of Jogging

First thing you should probably do is go to my benefits of jogging page.

On that page is where you will see my fabulous Couch Potatoe Illustration. I hope you like it!

And of course listed are the actual benefits that you will reap if you start a jogging program...

Beginner Jogging

Beginner Jogging is the step two of my Running Program. It comes after you completed the walking to lose weight for about 4-6 weeks.

Remember to take baby steps to reach your goals.
