A Little Bit About Lorelie Carvey a.k.a. Mrs. Coach Carvey
Here is what Coach Carvey has to say about - Mrs. Coach Carvey

Mrs. Coach Carvey is pure evil. When she's not working as a personal trainer, she is baking the most fattening cakes imaginable, as a world class pastry chef.
So in effect she is creating her own clients. Fatten them up, then slim 'em down, repeat until rich.
Seriously she is an ecclectic mix of heart and muscle. But all woman. She is fit to be my bride.

Ok It's True
I was a professional pastry chef and I actually did train one of my brides a couple of years after she ate her wedding cake, but naturally Coach Carvey is exagerating, as he has a tendency to do...

I married a funny guy! Not your typical everyday guy. Like one of his track and field friends Mark Naylor said, "Scott is funny and bloody good company" I have to agree, ya' gotta love 'em.
Here is an example of just how funny and romantic a guy he is...This is one of the many drawings that he sent me during our courtship.

Coach Carvey IS the main attraction here and the expert runner, so if you haven't read his Who the Hell is Coach Carvey page then now would be a great time to do that.
I thought I would include a little something about Mrs. Coach Carvey because we are working as a team to build Carvey Running Tips. Plus it was MY idea!!! I'm just glad he went along with it!!!
Here is a little background on my fitness endeavors...
I began weight training in 1985 after having two of our three boys.
Within a very short time I became interested in competetive bodybuilding as a fitness goal. Scott was a great supporter and coach to me through all of it.
From 1995-2000 I competed on the state and national level in natural bodybuilding earning several titles including Women's Overall Champion at the Musclemania East Coast Bodybuilding Championships in 1999.
Bodybuilding led me to the dance world where I began dance lessons to improve my posing routines. I studied Jazz, Modern, Tap and eventually was led to Bellydancing (my true love...well besides Scott of course.)
I never in my wildest dreams thought I would become a Professional Bellydancer. But you know what they say, do what you love and the rest will follow.
I currently teach and perform bellydancing. I still train folks on the side and make an occasional wedding cake, trying not to sabatoge my clients with fattening cakes.
You can read more about my personal training, bodybuilding and bellydancing
