HI KAREN
by: COACH CARVEY

Your doing great, i just think your doing too much too soon. It sounds like your thighs are just incredible sore, not injured. How much running are you doing. If you were walking everyday, you should be mixing in a few one minute slow jogs during your walk, every other day, for the first week or two. Dont run for at least 4 days and then try a slow jog. If your still sore stop and walk immediatly and take another 3 days off and try again, you should heal and be ready to go again. Take it slow and listen to your body- good luck- coach carvey
