Oh Thigh Pain!

by Karen
(Berkshire, MA)

Ok! I am 49 and started doing 45 minutes of aerobics every day since January 1, 2010. I was challenged to join a 7 mile run in August this year. I already LOVE to walk and I love exercising.

Now that the weather has broken here in Berkshire MA, I have begun to walk outside....walk, run, walk, run.

I don't think I'm pushing myself but my legs HURT. It feels like it hurts from the bone out to my skin on my thighs.

I want to do this right. I have lost 15 pounds in 3 months. I eat right.....whole grains, fruit etc.

I know I am doing something wrong and I feel myself wanting to quit but I found I actually like to run.

I know I am doing something wrong but what?
